Yes, our surname really is Christmas
We're Julian and Zoe Christmas, a husband-and-wife team based in Northumberland. With a name like ours, gifting was always going to be part of the story.
The Luxury Gift Collective started with a feeling we think most people know. You love someone, you know them inside out, and you still end up in the gift aisle reaching for another candle, another mug, another thing they'll politely thank you for and never use. We wanted to do better than that, so we built the business we wished already existed.
Gifts built around the person
Every box we make starts with a simple question: who are they, and what are they into?
The golfer who's happiest on the back nine. The friend who takes a cheeseboard very seriously. The one who'd rather be on a trail than anywhere else. Rather than filling a box with generic bits, we choose each item around a real interest, so the gift feels like it came from someone who was paying attention. Because it did.

No more single-use gifting
We're not interested in gifts that end up in a drawer or a bin by January. We choose things that get used, enjoyed and kept: a proper hip flask, a handmade olive wood board, socks made to last, a recipe journal waiting to be filled. Good gifts should stay part of someone's life after the wrapping comes off.
Sourced close to home
Wherever we can, we work with local and independent British makers and producers. That means smaller batches, better quality, and the kind of products you won't find in every high street shop. It also means supporting the people and businesses that make our part of the world what it is.
A next-level gift experience
Opening the box should be part of the gift. Each one is wrapped in tissue, sealed by hand and packed with a card explaining why every piece was chosen. We want the moment it's opened to feel special, whether it's arriving on a doorstep, being handed over at the dinner table or being sent from across the country.
Made in Northumberland
We're based in Ellington, just inland from Cresswell and the sweep of Druridge Bay, with the coast on one side and open countryside on the other. That setting shapes everything we do. Mornings on the beach and afternoons in the fields remind us what matters: slowing down, doing things properly, and taking care over the small details.
Family run (with a little help)
This is a family business in every sense. Our children help choose, pack and approve the boxes, and their opinions are honest. Evie, our dog, is our unofficial mascot and chief quality tester. She's mostly there for the beach walks though.
Where we're going
We're starting with our Debut Collection of interest-led gift boxes, and there's plenty more to come:
